Try not to think of exercise with a boot camp mentality. Start where you are and gradually add more time to your movement routine. Afterwards, reflect on how good the movement felt and reward yourself with lots of love! 💃🏻
Food is an important part of our social and cultural connections as well as traditions and celebrations! We went to the Soybean Festival and did we eat hot dogs and funnel cake? Uh, YES WE DID! Listen to your body and you won’t go wrong!
